Reflections in Stone comes from the Lovell Narrows in Anniversary Canyon which is found in Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Southern Utah. Living in Las Vegas I have found a few places that allow easy escapes from the ultra busy atmosphere of Sin City.
After a rare rain in the area I new that pools of water would be present in Anniversary Canyon so I headed over as soon as I could escape Las Vegas.
The lines, reflections, and how it comes together in black and white made this a very successful day, and a wonderful image.
