There are so many amazing parts to the geologic formation the Subway in Zion National Park that one image alone can hardly encompass them. These stone pools are a prominent feature when you are in the area.
This image happened upon me as I was hiking back up into the Subway late one afternoon after having been there earlier that morning. The glowing light was just starting to finally illuminate these pools and I was able to make an amazing image on the spot.
