The Virgin River Narrows are Zion National Parks most famous and popular hike. This is also one of my most favorite hikes I have ever done as well. Capturing images here is a pleasure to say the least.
This image was made on a quick trip where I had a good idea how I wanted my finished images to look. I wanted nice rock fore grounds, water that wasn’t so blurred that it looked like it was no longer moving, and to really show the glowing sandstone walls and contrasting trees. This image practically jumped into the camera when I stopped here, I am very pleased with the result.
